I do not see anything in particular, there is always room for improvement. The agency sends caregivers who take care of him properly.

I would recommend them because I have a wonderful caregiver, I can't ask for anything better. They make my life easier by getting my groceries, she helps me with banking because I can't drive, and she takes me to the doctor. She does everything I need to make me secure in an unsecured world.
