They have been responsive. The customer service is good, I've called late in the evening, and they were there. It has helped the family. I wish we could have a consistent caregiver.

I liked that the caregiver was excellent. We only had one the whole time. It was great communication. They did everything we needed them to do.

I like that they are very professional.  It would be good for them to provide specific training for people who have Alzheimer's.
