Sometimes we have to substitute someone else which is okay, but I would like that we are aware in advance that there is a change. Erica only comes on Thursday. She is in this unit here at Alervita Royal and has lots of people on staff and all work together.

They're helpful. My mother likes them. She's very difficult at times. She is able to stay where she is.  They show up when they're supposed to. I've never had dealings like this before. It gives me a peace of mind.
