I like that they have consistent caregivers.  The caregivers help with getting Betty her medication and they help with going to the restroom. She has them help with chores.

The caregivers they hire are very empathetic and sympathetic with the patient. We couldn't do without them. They help us get a shower when we need it and fix meals for us.

It depends on the service I think people need. Everyone was very nice.  I think they need to train their people or hire people who are certified nursing assistants, some people I didn't think were trained well and they need more physical training of the people. Ideally, the same person could be assigned to the client.
