About the Best of Home Care Awards
HOME CARE PULSE
Trusted Provider
Home Care Pulse Certified – Trusted Providers have shown their commitment to providing quality in-home care by contracting with Home Care Pulse, an independent satisfaction research firm, to gather feedback and satisfaction scores. Each month, Home Care Pulse performs random client/caregiver interviews to help "Trusted Providers" ensure that they are meeting their clients' needs, and that they are providing the best care services possible.
Qualification
To receive this certification, a home care agency must meet the following:
Must be currently enrolled in the Home Care Pulse Satisfaction Management Program and have their first month’s client/caregiver satisfaction interviews completed.
HOME CARE PULSE
Provider of Choice
The Best of Home Care – Provider of Choice award is based on client satisfaction ratings collected from telephone interviews performed by Home Care Pulse, an independent satisfaction research firm. These home care agencies are best-in-class for providing quality care to their clients. This recognition assures that the agency is trustworthy and has proven their ability to provide outstanding in-home care services.
Qualification
To qualify for this annual award, a home care agency must meet the following requirements:
Be a Home Care Pulse Certified – Trusted Provider™ for a minimum of 6 consecutive months.
OSAT Score 8.75+
Minimum of 12 client surveys to qualify for awards.
Have less than 15% of your clients on “Do Not Call” for the year.
HOME CARE PULSE
Employer of Choice
The Best of Home Care – Employer of Choice award is based on caregiver satisfaction ratings collected via telephone interviews by Home Care Pulse, an independent satisfaction research firm. Agencies that have earned this award are best-in-class for caregiver satisfaction.
Qualification
To qualify for this annual award, a home care agency must meet the following requirements:
Be a Home Care Pulse Certified – Trusted Provider™ for a minimum of 6 consecutive months.
OSAT Score 8.75+
Have less than 15% of your clients on “Do Not Call” for the year.
HOME CARE PULSE
Leader in Experience (Formerly Leader in Excellence)
Best of Home Care – Leader in Experience is the highest award a home care agency can earn from Home Care Pulse, an independent satisfaction research firm. "Leader in Experience" is awarded based on client and caregiver satisfaction ratings collected by Home Care Pulse in telephone interviews. Recipients of this award represent the top 15% of agencies participating in the Home Care Pulse Experience Management Program. These home care agencies have proven that they provide quality care across every satisfaction category measured by Home Care Pulse.
Qualification
To receive this certification, a home care agency must meet the following:
OSAT Score 8.9+
Complete a minimum of 2 client and 2 employee satisfaction surveys per month during the previous 12 months.
Earn both Provider and Employer of Choice Awards for the year.
Be a Home Care Pulse Trusted Provider for at least twelve consecutive months. (The twelve months is from January to December, not rolling.)
