I would like to see the agency improve their accommodation of the client.  They should have just given me the caregiver I wanted.

I am not familiar with them that much, as I only had her a total of like an hour. They helped the most with washing my clothes.

I would recommend them because they came whenever you needed them. They could have been more consistent with sending each caregiver to make my life easier.
