I like that they are responsive to our needs, and they gave us good feedback.  They have been very important to my wife. We needed to make some adjustments on how they interact with my wife but for me, it's nice to have someone who knows how to treat her

She is very good because all I have to do is tell her to do it, and she does a lot on her own.  It helps me. When she is here, I can relax.
