I liked that they were very flexible in arranging times and also in changing people who come if they don't work out. They make sure they give someone that's good.  I didn't need that much service, so it didn't have a big impact. I basically needed somebody just to be here after my surgery and to wash my hair.

I like that they are on time, and they are willing to do what I ask as long as it is within limits.  It makes the house a lot cleaner.

I like that the caregivers are well qualified.  They are here with my husband, so I can leave the house.
