I like that the agency keeps in touch with me, and if I have a doctor's appointment, they are flexible if I need to cancel anything.  I'm 83 with an above the knee amputee and my caregiver is wonderful at caring for me.

I like that they have been amazing to my dad. If we had to change the schedule for some reason there are no issues doing so. They've helped the most by just the piece of mind of someone being there that is kind to him, and we have been blessed with everyone that has come in.
