I like the employees that have come and assisted with great love and care. The agency has helped the most by getting coverage when we've needed special coverage.

I liked the communication of the coordinators.  I think some of the younger caregivers will learn to step up and say, “Let's try this.” I liked that they were patient.

I liked that they were pretty straight-forward. I trusted the person that recommended them.  I had been in the hospital for 5 days and the services helped a lot.
