I would recommend them because they are very caring and take care of my dad and my mom very well.  It has been a positive experience because of them caring about him and it not being just a business.

I would recommend Visiting Angels because they seem to be attentive, but the workforce there is really not more than average. The services have been helpful, but they could be more thorough with follow up on the needs.
