They are on top of things and communicate well.  They offer help cleaning the house and hire people that care and want to make a difference.

I feel that I could tell a friend that they have given our family time back and has provided the support when needed. They have helped us the most with personal care for my mom and housekeeping.

They could have more flexibility in the number of hours that the angle could work.  The first caregiver was awesome but was replaced by someone who was not a good fit. She just wanted to sit and was not engaging.
