I nicknamed my caregiver my service angel. She's my brain every day from 9 to 1 she makes my life better. Before she got here, I seriously didn't want to be on this earth. She helps me with my dignity in-tact.  I wouldn't be on this earth if it wasn't for them.

I like that they provide good services.  The caregivers grocery shop for us and also clean the house.

They could improve communication. It is very good. They could make her life easier with communication. When she calls and asks for a ride, or schedules a ride, she tells them to have the person call when they get to the place. I don't think anybody has called, they just come to the door and pound on the door.
