They are really friendly, and they are easy to get a hold of.  They help with cooking and cleaning specifically.

Just help they disable and provide better.  Well, it's helping I don't have to take care of him.

There are some caregivers that sit and read or sit on their phone when caring for the client. With a different agency, they used to have a notebook that listed how the day went. This would help the next person. I am told they use an app, but I would like to know if the caregivers are actually using the app.  He needs the care and isn't able to walk around or do things for himself. The services allow him to be in his apartment. I am not sure if he is getting the right care because things don't look like things are being done when I go over there myself.
