I would like to see them improve on consistency in communication when they have to change the schedule and some billing errors.  I think it's helpful she can stay at home and I travel for work. Just making sure we get a third person and would like a regular and reliable third one.

I'd tell them they had issues getting the correct caregiver. They needed to have more caregivers on staff.

They are incredibly flexible, and they have been very kind.  I couldn't hold down my job if I didn't have them.
