They are friendly, and they are small enough that you feel like you know the important people in the company.   My mom doesn't ask too much, but the provider could go more with flow of things.  The provider could do more what is asked.

I liked the quality of the personnel who provided the care and the office staff that kept me up to date and followed up. They helped him shower exercise, organize him medications and companionship.
