I like how they care. They really care. Their goal seems to be just to care. I have to utilize my caregiver all the time. It helped me a lot.

This in response to the office, not the care I'm receiving. I want my invoices sent via email, and they keep sending them in the mail. Though, they have said that they'd change it, and have not done so.  She is patient, and there is good communication between the caregiver and I. She is focused on helping me.

I'd tell them that they're very thorough.  They partnered me with a caregiver who worked well, and we complement each other.
