There haven't been any problems. The caregiver does things in a nice way.   The caregiver treats me really good. She is on time and keeps her word It is nice to sit and talk to her.

They could improve their reliability. I can't make plans sometimes.  There are times when we do not have a home-helped because they have to go take care of someone else.

I do like them, and I have one woman who comes on Sunday to help me out. However, he is not receptive enough to the caregivers that he has.  They have helped the most because of companionship and conversations with him. They have someone to converse with. They provide meals and play games together.
