They do a lot of different things for us. They help my mom with several things. I am able to change the schedule if needed. They leave notes in a notebook as to what the caregiver did at every visit.

I like that they are flexible. I like that the service has allowed me and my sister to be aware of what is going on. It has allowed us to be able to get her needs met when she is alone. I like that it is getting her out and about in her apartment.
