BestofHomeCare.com is a service provided by Home Care Pulse™, a third-party research company that gives home care clients a voice, allowing them to provide feedback that impacts the quality of care they receive.

We do this by working with home care providers and interviewing a percentage of their clients each month. We ask questions to find out whether or not the client is satisfied with the services he or she is receiving. Some of the questions we ask are:

These interviews are safe, secure and HIPAA compliant—we do not ask for any personal, financial or health information. Every client has the option to remain anonymous, so we capture honest feedback, positive or negative, without the client fearing any repercussions.

This process works because we’re a third party.  Because we remain neutral, the data we gather is honest and unbiased, without outside influence. After we conduct interviews, we send a report to each provider, informing them of our findings and showing them how their company rates compared to others in the industry. Our intention is to motivate providers to make improvements and highlight those who are the best in the industry. This provides consumers with peace of mind as they decide which provider to call on for services.
