I would tell them they're professional and knowledgeable about my needs.  They ensure that I have a caregiver to fulfill my needs and help me.

They need to have more consistent caregivers. They need to help out around the house a little more. He can't do hardly anything for himself.

I like a couple of the caregivers. They could have a little more courtesy and understanding of people going through traumatic circumstances.  The girls are wonderful.
