They could be more organized, and the communication is poor. They could be more organized when providing services.

I don't know anybody who could use their services. I don't know that they are motivated enough to do well.  It didn't free me up to do the things I had to do like get the groceries or get the mail. I just didn't feel comfortable. I think he enjoyed having the people to talk to. If I wasn't there telling them what to do.

The women in the office are phenomenal. Colleen and Nicole are very helpful.  They have good health care workers and keep the client engaged.
