The caregivers are good because they go out of the way to make my mother feel comfortable.  My mother is able to be taken care of more such as having someone give her a bath.

The office personnel are super, but the people they send to the house are iffy.  They've sent me two ladies, and one of them almost broke her hip after dropping her, and the other one dropped her and put a gash into her leg.
