I liked that they were right there when I needed them. I called them the day before, and they were on it and were ready to get me somebody to be with my mom.  It made it, so I could go to my granddaughter's performance and know that my mom was going to be looked after and be in good hands.

I tried to get someone prior and this was the only one I could find. They haven't really done much to make it positive, they have things mixed up all the time.

I like how I feel safe with me being out of the home and that they are actually caring about my dad. I've had that feeling from the beginning from the people in the office and person coming to care for my dad. It was a hard decision for my dad to accept he needed help and it was hard for him, but now there is someone, it has been very good for him to understand the help he needs.
